Curry Chicken

The biggest liars in the world are the people who say they don’t like spicy food. Curry is one of the biggest inventions of humankind after beer and wine. You may enjoy the usual curry takeaways, but you still consider them as cheat meals, however, we are about to change that, and we will give the orgasm your taste buds have been craving for for years. Do not be in delusion, it is not gonna be boomer white people spicey, it is going to be Indian spicy! I prepare this food at least every second week, and cannot get enough of it, hopefully you’ll end up with the same addiction. It is perfect for cutting, and even more perfect for bulking, when you pour all the beloved cashew and peanut butters in it. The biggest perk of this food is that the spices conserve everything so much, that you can prepare it even for 3 days, and the taste would not suffer from it at all! Namaste!

Video is coming in spring or summer!

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast
  • greek yoghurt
  • salt
  • curry powder
  • sweet paprika powder
  • extra cayenne pepper
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • onion
  • bayleaf
  • cashew or peanut butter (a shitload of it, for extra fats)
  • tomato puree
  • rice

Method:

  • cut the chicken breast, marinate it with greek yoghurt, curry powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt and garlic paste overnight
  • heat up the pan, oil, onion
  • put in the mixture
  • when it’s ready pour in the tomato puree
  • add the bayleaves
  • cook 10-15 minutes
  • when it’s close to being ready, add the cashew butter or peanut butter…or both!
  • prepare the rice

Bon appetit!

I heard tomato is bad for my muscles. Is that true?

When you are in the middle of the Mr. Olympia preparation doing everything 110%, then you can disrespect the red gold, but until then just shut the fuck up.

What if I get diarrhoea?

No, but even if you do, just man up!

It has begun!

Hey all, it took me almost a year, but my blog-website combo is finally ready to go public. It's still not completely ready though, but I hope that by publishing I'll motivate myself more.
