Don’t be the prisoner of your body. Don’t be the servant of a “cult”. Be healthy, be fit, and devote your time to things that matter. Indeed, it’s an uplifting motivation, when one steps on the path of fitness and cherishes some dreams to achieve, routines to follow. But the motivation always fades away. Remember why did you start. It serves the purpose to set you free and not to enslave you. Indulge yourself, love yourself, do not think that good tastes are only for people in higher social status. Don’t look at your meal as only something to cover your nutritional needs and to get over it quickly. It is a sacred part of your day, make it worthy.
