Is diet important?
Long story short: diet is fucking important, and depending on your training and genetics its importance can vary. However, I highly doubt you will spend your days making some serious calculations about your daily physical activity, food input and some shitty genetic analysis, because if you have that much time and energy to spend on these, then there are some serious problems with your life.
Does healthy diet really taste bad?
Salad is not a food, only side dish!
Nobody forces you to eat dry chicken with unsalty rice and smelly broccoli. People have wild mental restrictions and they force some imaginary jinjang into things, like “ok, so it’ll do good to my body, so I need to atone for it”, or what the fuck can go on in people’s mind, I have no idea. You also don’t need to graze on salads, neither to sip awkwardly reeking smoothies of strange colour like a hipster. Why should I think inside the box?
Everybody has their meals in boxes, food delivery uses boxes too. Get over it. If you want to eat your food from a plate, take it out of the box, whoa. What do you expect? To cook each meal fresh 4 times a day? Earth do moron: welcome to reality!
Do I need to fast in order to lose weight?
You also need to fast to redeem yourself from your sins in some religions, so it’s associated with guilt in your mind, but it won’t make you leaner. Eating the proper amount of proper food while working out will make you leaner. Hunger is a natural signal to keep your drive on obtaining energy and nutrients. It can mean that you WANT your food, but don’t NEED it, or it can be the total opposite! Whoa, we are not all the same.
Why is junk food so good?
Evolution. The least effort, the most of calories. Natural drive. It works in the wilderness just fine, so you can have resources for scarce times, but it can be hardly useful in civilization, where food surplus exists. Be aware what that drive is, understand it, and your craving will be of less importance. We are humans, we can control ourselves, and don’t just let us be driven by our instincts. Do you also just steal something when you like it? Or do you attack people whom you are angry with? No, so why do you commit offence against yourself then?
Our body strives to store fat, since that’s the key factor of survival. And in animal kingdom the more the fat deposits the higher sexual attractiveness. However, being overweight is rare in animal kingdom, since there is always a competition for the resources, but even there, obesity is considered as sexually least attractive, therefore evolutionally rejectable.
Why is diet hard to stick to?
You would not stick to waking up from bed either, if you would not be forced to by going to school/work/whatever either. You are grown up, you can make decisions. If eating tasty meals is too difficult for you, then the problem is with your attitude. Just work on it, it’ll pay off.
What happens if I have a cheat meal sometimes?
Nothing. If your basic diet is well-adjusted to your needs, if your workout is advanced, snacks and entire cheat meals would not make any difference even consumed regularly. Nevertheless, you should still consume quality food and not some shitty one, leave low-level food for low-level peasants with no taste.
Just to get things clear:
- junk food: shitty ingredients, quick carbs and saturated fats, minimal protein
- real food: good ingredients, complex carbs and unsaturated fats, high in protein
Keep in mind that cheat meal does not need to equal junk food. Cheat meal can be of good quality with high carbs and fats, it can “boost” your metabolism, but eating sugars with saturated fats is simple self-destruction, and all of it will go to your fat deposits. Enjoy your life. Eventually, excessive amount of cheat meal may cost you money, time and effort, because you will need to lose that fat. It is worth sometimes, but you need to draw a line.
What if I don’t have money to eat clean?
Even if we assume eating well is expensive…do you usually go to a Bentley store complaining you can’t buy their cars too? Has anybody ever brought up that you are not entitled to anything? Have you actually seen poor people looking good/ What do you think, how did they achieve it, magic? Healthy diet is not expensive. Yeah, buying some shitty overprocessed bread imitation and putting some shitty overprocessed things between them is cheap af, but even the consideration itself to live on these is a fucking crime.
Your body is your most important investment, why would you fill it with some garbage?
Imagine you live on shit, then you get old and have all kinds of pains and diseases, can barely enjoy life and you spend all your savings on treatments. And then you can ask yourself the question: was it worth it? Was it? I doubt… And no, it’s not your own life, you will occupy the doctors, take space away from people who did not cause their misery to themselves by their own free will. You will burn everybody’s health insurance money, overuse the hospitals, etc. Are you really that selfish to shit on everybody, because you are lazy to cook 30 mins every second day and lazy to spend a little time doing some sports? Fuck you then!

The more protein the better?
All you hear is protein and how everything orbits around them? Did you hear that it’s hard to consume sufficient amount of them? Have you ever heard the urban legends how many kilos of meat a bodybuilder needs to eat a day? Check how much you really need!
Can I get into shape with vegan diet?
Vegan doesn’t mean eating only salads like a fucking goat, neither pasta with ketchup. Of course you can achieve any results with a vegan diet, it’s just a bit more difficult than on an omnivore diet. People have various opinions about veganism, but defining them by a “sustainable and cruelty-free” label it’s much more favourable. Being sustainable and cruelty-free is the future, and we will focus more on this too. For more information go to ethics.
Should I learn how to cook?
Cooking is the basic thing when you want to get in shape. It’d require too much willpower to go to a restaurant hungry and order something bespoke, and you’d need to have unconditional trust that it’ll contain as much amount of nutrients as you want.
If you are a male, your penis won’t drop off, neither will you grow a vagina, just like if you are female, you don’t cease to exist as an independent woman, and you won’t bend the knee before the patriarchy, you will just prepare food like every adult person should.
Cooking is also not time consuming at all. For real. How much of your time it takes to jump somewhere for food? A lot. And cooking? I’ll show you recipes that can be done in 30 mins. And you can also cook for 2-3 days in advance too, if you want. After you cook multiple meals, you can put them into food boxes. Then you won’t need to bother more at all. See how simple it is?
