Cooking Equipment You Need

Pan

I feel like in a kindergarten explaining you need a pan, but I’ve also encountered people who are so unviable, that maybe their stupidity will legitimise this explanation.
You can use a shallow pan to cook your things (do not be afraid to use oil!), you can start from simple scrambled eggs through some pancakes, and a pan is a perfect tool to prepare a fancy steak as well. You can use a deep pan, where you can unleash your saucy fetishes while you can cook easily for many days as well. A pan doesn’t cost too much. A pan is easy to clean.

The pan is your most important investment, your best friend, dearest lover, most joyful activity and most cherished memory. Even if your life turns upside down, your pan will stay on your side. Just fucking buy it finally.

Which one to choose? A futuristic looking teflon one? A stainless steel one? Or the hipstery cast iron? They are all good, and since you should use oil or butter for cooking, there is no threat of burning down something that you gotta clean for excruciating 10 minutes in your astonishingly busy life anyway. Teflon is safe as long as there are no scratches, as soon as they appear, you should throw it out, otherwise you can risk cancer. Yes, I know, you are right, a teflon pan is not something one lends to their friends, you are not a jerk telling them no, you just wanna avoid cancer. A stainless steel pan is extremely versatile and as safe as possible, it combines the positives of the teflon and cast iron combined. As soon as you are mature enough not to burn things down in it, you won’t change to anything else. A cast iron skillet looks very hipstery, will show that you are truly an individual, and while it’s an excellent pan, but if you won’t have time to clean it properly and to perform the cast iron care ritual after every use, I’d ditch the idea. However, you can put it into the oven, and that is a feature as well.
Pot
There are actually many people who can’t imagine cooking rice in a pot instead of a rice cooker. Very strange… But yeah, you can cook everything in a pot, rice, vegetables, legumes, pastas, even meat or a stew.
If you wanna cook more meals for one cooking, it’s much easier if you have a big pot.
Baking tray
This is the last station of our kindergarten beginner cooking class. I already feel super awkward, but if this helps to some people to avoid health risks, then small price and so be it. Want to bake chicken wings or a whole chicken? A turkey? Some vegetables? Don’t want to give up eating a good pizza or lasagna? Baking tray! Imagine you need to cook, but don’t have time to prepare anything…you just take out the chicken from the fridge, season it, put into the oven, and take it out…and you have meat for 2 days!
Blender
Want some good shake? A smoothie? Wanna prepare some super healthy and also exceptionally delicious sauce? Or you just like to listen to the “bzzzzzzzz”, because it makes you happy? Blender! Wanna have nice veggie sauces? Cook them, roast them, fry them, and then blend them!

Air fryer/Oil cooker

Excellent for potatoes, vegetables or meats. There are countless of recipes you can do with them, and it can elevate your quality of life to the next level.

It has begun!

Hey all, it took me almost a year, but my blog-website combo is finally ready to go public. It's still not completely ready though, but I hope that by publishing I'll motivate myself more.
