“In a world deluged by irrelevant information, clarity is power.” – Yuval Noah Harari

You are totally right if you ask the questions: why would this method be different than anything else? Why should you devote time to browse this website and to believe what it states? Well, you shouldn’t, like who cares. Fortunately, there is a free market, fair competition and supply-demand, so everyone can chose what suits them the most, cherry-pick things that correspond to their views and believe random people on the interned who pretend to know everything better than anyone else. The free market of information stops being the free market of the best services as soon as marketing enters the chat, since the majority of people are stupid as fuck, therefore anyone who wants more views, likes or followers starts to make content for the lowest level of peasants. You should realize that people put their fitness related content on the internet for different reasons. Some just want attention, some want money…

…but what does this site want then?

To provide the simplest explanation, make a crushing defeat on myths and to serve as a refreshing oasis in the endless desert of internet full of misleading and overcomplicated stuff. Moreover, after you get through this site extra quickly, you’ll be in the possession of the knowledge how to get your dream body (and how to keep it) without spending half of your life in the gym and the kitchen, wasting half of your salary on fitness bullshit, and abstaining from delicious food and beverages, thus avoiding activities that make life enjoyable.

What do we expect in return?

At first, to kick the fitness industry in its greedy and stupid ass, to show them they should not make money out of someone’s body image problems, to prove that there are methods which can be implemented into a normal lifestyle without giving up what’s worth living for. Your only task is to follow your program, and then if you are still interested, read the news to stay up to date, educate yourself to deepen your knowledge regarding workout, food, supplements and lifestyle. And then? Just spend your spared time, energy and money on something meaningful! Make your life better!

Oh, I almost forgot: this is all free!

What…why is it FREE?

People’s health is not a business. People suffer and people die, because they have some health complications or mental problems due to their bad condition or body image. Making money out of someone’s despair is simply unethical. If I didn’t have a spine, I’d become a chiropractor instead, pun intended.

Who should read this?

Everyone who wants to change their life. Losing weight, gaining muscle, both simultaneously, or just to stay in shape. Males, females, younger or older people as well. You don’t know how to begin? Now you will! You feel stuck or you think your progress is slow? Now you’ll rock!

You are not gonna be a bodybuilder, not gonna be a fitness model, you will be a normal person with a normal lifestyle who looks like them, but laughs at them!

Why should I follow this website and not some other one?

Fitness is in its renaissance nowadays, the internet is flooded by content, everybody has their own fancy method with almost unbelievable promises. …but why isn’t everybody healthy then? Oh, my little child, it’s very simple: the majority of methods requires too many sacrifices. They want your money, they want your attention to feed their ego, they want your clicks, and in return, you should be grateful that you are given lifestyle plans that cannot be aligned with your way of life, you either become a fitness freak so you can stick to them, or just give up, because it’s unmanageable, and they can say you failed.

Do you hate eating those gross fitness meals? Do you hate dying after a heavy workout, while you could barely manage your work or classes? Do you hate that you have to abstain from your favourite drinks? Do you hate spending your time at the gym instead being with your loved ones or doing your hobbies?

Do you like good meals? Do you like easy and quick workouts? Do you like good beers, wines or spirits? Do you like being full of energy, and spend your time on people & things that matter to you?

Then you are at the best place!

Science is always the answer

No, I won’t bother you with scientific heavy literature, nothing will be dry here, and the results will be juicy as fuck. Yeah, science and a fit body are never really associated together. Why? Decades ago women weren’t associated with university degree either, but now more women have diplomas than men. Just don’t fall for the stereotypes.

Getting fit without science is like walking in a dark basement with your hands in front of yourself. Sure, you can find some good snack, but you can also run into a spider web, break a shelf full of jars or accidentally fell into the sewers. But being guided by science is like turning the light on, just grabbing what you want, and leaving to do something much useful.

The investment that always returns

A healthy and a fit body is a status symbol, and people have always wanted to achieve that. It’s the law of nature, deal with it. Your body is your most important investment. Either you invest in it now, and after this sow you’ll reap the benefits almost immediately, but you’ll be as thankful as possible in later ages, when getting sick, and you’d need to spend all of your resources, time, energy and money on your health, and there will be no one to blame but you. You can choose: either get healthy, get fit, or not giving a shit, and then wow, back pain, wow, diabetes, wow, a surgery, wow, I don’t have money because I had to buy my meds for this month. I may not be the wisest man on earth, but this doesn’t seem as a tough decision.

Training is also a therapy after a tough day, training is also a stable point in your life. Life can kick you in the ass, people can betray you, it can seem that everything is against you…but, when you come to the gym, when you lift your weights, everything will be meaningless, because there is only you competing against yourself. You exclude the outer world, while you improve your health, your personality, your mentality, your self-confidence and self-esteem, your physique, and your brain shuts down from the rush of the world. There is only you, the weights and the very progress towards something always better. I think that’s something everybody seeks.

Working out and eating balanced is just as much important for mental health as for the physical one. A healthy body reflects a healthy mind, because there is no healthy mind in an unhealthy body.

You will feel better, you will be healthier, you will look better, you will display that you have achieved something that not many people can. Respecting someone for their body is shallow, but respecting someone for their achievements is acceptable, so which one does actually apply, when you achieve a good physique?

You always see things as distant and unreachable, and often wonder how would it feel if you were in possession of this and that. Imagine, when you saw a perfect body, and thought “oh, fuck off, I’ll never look like that”, “sure, that’s something people with a lot of time, willpower and money can have, I don’t have any of them”. But after getting through this website you’ll realize: hey, it’s easy as fuck, lol. And if you can achieve that, then who says you can’t achieve anything else?

What is your excuse?

You don’t know how to begin?

Well, guess what. You are already on this website, therefore you do. From now on, it’s up to your conscience whether you admit it or not.

You don’t want it?

People have free will. Although in reality it’s more of a matter of perspective, but let’s say we agree in this context. At first, be honest with yourself: are you happy with your current life? What would your past self think about you now? What would your future self think? Anyway, what would you do on this website, if you didn’t want it.

You don’t think you can make it?

Uh-oh, you are already here, so I’m sorry, but now you can. I know how much you cherish your self-loathing memories, because you’ve became so attached to them, but now it’s time to let them go. The sooner you’ll get comfortable with your future condition, the easier it will be. A therapist may help too.

You don’t have time?

So bad you can spend enormous amount of time on useless things, but a few hours a week in the gym are too much for your life to make it better. There are also less time-consuming and more time-consuming plans, check them out.

You don’t have money?

If you have ever thought about this excuse, that only means that you are kinda a shitty person. For real. Based on this way of thinking, you think low about less fortunate people, you think they can’t do anything for their health…it just tells a lot about your personality. Have you ever seen a people poorer than you who looked better? What do you think how did they do it? Magic???

You are too tired?

Oh, I’m so sorry. It is well known that everybody who looks better than you doesn’t have a job, family, relationship, social life, hobby, nothing. They just go to the gym and have a chef at home to cook for them, so they can be not tired all day. Mmmm, what if they also have a person to train for them? Wow, I wonder when will they call you for your Nobel prize!

You don’t have motivation?

Go to a hospital, and stay there until you see some kids being told that their parent just got a heart attack. Then blame God, Illuminati, Monsanto, chemtrail, but don’t dare to blame their lifestyle!

You are afraid to show up at the gym?

If this has ever popped into your mind, it means you think in stereotypes. The majority of people are helpful there, since sweating in the same place forms some kind of bond between them. For real, many people are so overly helpful there that you’ll need a restraining order for them.

You think your family would excommunicate you?

Everyone is familiar with it, and almost everyone had to go through it. They will think you are a member of some weird cult, got caught into an MLM, you are worshipping the Satan, you are getting mad, this lifestyle will kill you, etc. Don’t argue with them, it’s not worth it. They will never understand. If you fail, they will say “we told you”, but if you succeed, they will say “we always believed in you darling”…so just don’t fail (which is pretty hard if you stick to the info on this website), and weeks later they will tell everyone how proud of you they are.

You think your genetics is to blame?

You are totally right. Your mama and papa are to blame. It is their fault, totally. It is totally their fault that you breath like Darth Vader after taking the stairs, and not the donuts, chips, sugar sodas and other shitty junks are to blame. You are not even lazy! You just have more important things to do, like sitting in front of the TV or the computer. You work hard for that diabetes!

Do you need a personal trainer?

Personal trainers are like politicians. They try to convince you that you need them, while the truth is that they are the ones who need you, your money to feed their pocket and your worship to feed their ego. Instead of making things clear, they will make it obscure. They will condition you by their inconsistency, so you will be dependent on them, thus ensuring their income.

However, there are many who are well-educated, have the experience and can do magic, but the chances of finding such one are low. If you have encountered a sales rep in your life, then you can know that it’s never the service that they are selling, but it’s themselves.

It may seem that they help you, but since you changed your diet, started to work out, of course, you’ll change anyway, that’s not their merit at all. Oh, and if you want to keep your joints and tendons healthy, you better find a good one, because a shitty personal trainer can do more harm than benefit.

Do you need to die after every workout?

No, you don’t need to be a warrior, a workout is not the battle of your life, chill down. If you want it to be sustainable, find the way that works long-term. There is no such thing as “the more workout the better results”. This is not the meaning of your life, just a sport, nothing more. Don’t try to substitute meaningful things with this. You won’t grow muscles faster when you are constantly thinking about it.

Do you need to eat gross food to stay healthy?

Nobody forces you to eat dry chicken with unsalted rice and smelly broccoli. People have wild mental restrictions and they force some imaginary jinjang into things, like “ok, so it’ll do good to my body, therefore I have to atone for it”. No, I’ll show you how to eat delicious and easy dishes while dropping body fat or gaining muscle mass…or both! Check out the recipes here. With a good workout routine and proper meal plan you can handle even Christmas eatings without getting a belly as a present.

So why so unclish?

If you’re looking for a self-assurance and bullshit, you’re in the wrong place. But if you are looking for a comprehensive reading, way to find what works for you the best, a method that doesn’t force you to give up your lifestyle, but to live a full life, you found it. There are many sites, many influencers, many methods that would help you to achieve results, but they all require you to sell your soul to the God of Fitness. Do you really want to pay that price? Do you really want to give up your way of life just to drop some fat and gain some muscle? The choice is yours.

It has begun!

Hey all, it took me almost a year, but my blog-website combo is finally ready to go public. It's still not completely ready though, but I hope that by publishing I'll motivate myself more.
